Dermal Fillers


This hyaluronic acid gel is smooth filler that is eased under the skin to instantly smooth out wrinkles or folds that look like parenthesis along the sides of the mouth and nose. Juvederm can also be used to enhance the lips and soften lip lines. Juvederm generally lasts for up to six months or longer.


This safe and natural cosmetic dermal filler that restores volume and fullness to the skin to correct moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as the lines from your nose to the corners of your mouth. Restylane is made from synthetic hyaluronic acid and the effects generally last for about six months.


Perlane is also a form of hyaluronic acid. It is used for the treatment of deeper folds in the skin. This safe and effective dermal filler lasts between six and nine months.

Sculptra is a synthetic injectable material known as poly-L-lactic acid, a safe biodegradable material that absorbable suture material is made from. It is injected below the surface of the skin in the area of volume loss. Sculptra provides a gradual increase in skin thickness. Visible results appear within the first few treatment sessions. Sometimes Sculptra is referred to as "the liquid face lift.” Treatment results may last for up to a year or more after the treatment sessions are completed. Touch-up sessions may be needed to maintain the desired effect.



Artefill is a non-resorbable aesthetic injectable used to correct facial wrinkles. This injectable consists of a mixture of Artefill Precision-Filtered Microspheres, Artefill Purified Bovine Collagen and lidocaine for pain relief. With the microspheres not being absorbed by the body, Artefill provides a permanent support structure. Results are seen immediately and proven to last up to three years. A skin test is necessary prior to injections to check for sensitivity.


Prevelle silk consists of a purified hyaluronic acid containing lidocaine to increase comfort during treatment. Prevelle Silk is injected into facial skin to add volume and correct a variety of lines, restoring volume and fullness to the skin. Results are instantaneous and typically last 3-4 months.

Botox


Botox cosmetic works by blocking nerve impulses, reducing movement of muscles in the area treated. Because the movement is lessened, the skin’s surface gradually smoothes out and frown lines between your brows begin to fade. Results can be seen within days after treatment. The optimum results are seen at about two weeks after treatment. Each treatment generally lasts up to three months.

Dysport


Dysport is a prescription medicine that is injected into certain facial muscles to improve the look of moderate to severe frown lines.

Peels



A Peel can restore a more youthful appearance to wrinkled, unevenly pigmented, sun-damaged, or blotchy skin and help with any facial blemishes or acne. Peels help to offer a deep cleaning of the pores and exfoliation of dead skin cells. Genesis offers a variety of peels ranging from light (lunchtime) peels, medium strength and deep peels.

Levulan Photodynamic Therapy


Levulan is a light activated acid therapy used to destroy precancerous lesions. The Levulan Kerastick Topical Solution is applied to the face. After leaving it on for about an hour it is activated by the Blue Light Laser Therapy. This "peel” has several days of down time and makes one sensitive to the sun for several days. This is also an ideal treatment for acne and rosacea.

Sclerotherapy


This treatment consists of injecting a sclerosing agent into the vein through a tiny needle. Once the solution is injected into the vein, the blood in the vein is replaced with the sclerosing agent causing irritation and corrosion to the wall of the vessel. Soon after the vein begins to decompose, shrink and eventually disappear during the body’s natural healing process. Gradually improvement will be noticed and in some cases several treatments may be required to achieve optimal results.
